国家鼓励创新的大背景下,科学技术的综合化、系统化发展导致了科学研究主体的团队化要求,单打独斗的科研方式逐渐被淘汰,各类科研团队不断涌现,随之而来的是科研团队建立后缺乏系统化管理,出现了各种各样的问题,通过文献分析以及科研项目和科研团队管理实践总结,汇总列举了科研团队建设和管理过程中的问题,并从科研质量管理体系角度分析,通过把科研团队的建设看作一个系统,提出了构建可持续发展的和谐科研团队体系的框架与要素.
