以还原型尼克酰腕腺嘌呤二核苷酸磷酸硫辛酰胺脱氢酶组织化学技术研究大鼠肺一氧化氮合酶阳性神经结构。结果表明:(1):气管、支气管树系统壁内神经节部分神经细胞为一氧化氮合酶阳性神经细胞;(2)部分强阳性神经细胞的突起穿越神经节延向管壁粘膜组织或肺组织;(3)在各级肺动、静脉及肺组织内分布有不同密度的一氧化氮合酶阳性神经纤维。
Nitric oxide synthase (NOS) positive neurons in rat lungs were studied with reduced niacinacylguanidine dinucleotide phosphate lipoamide dehydrogenase histochemistry. The results showed that: (1) Nitric oxide synthase positive neurons were found in the ganglion neurons in the trachea and bronchial tree system; (2) The protrusions of some strongly positive nerve cells extended to the mucosal tissue or lung Organization; (3) at different levels of pulmonary artery, vein and lung tissue distribution of different density of nitric oxide synthase positive nerve fibers.
