玻璃离子粘固粉(GIC)显著的优点是与牙体矿化组织呈化学性结合,并可以释放出氟。许多报道认为牙髓对GIC的反应比对磷酸锌粘固剂轻,而比对氧化锌糊剂的反应重。深龋洞应用GIC仍有人主张需垫氢氧化钙。本研究的目的是比较玻璃离子粘固粉Ⅰ型(粘着剂)及玻璃离子粘固粉Ⅱ型(充填剂)的生物相容性。
A significant advantage of glass ionomer cement (GIC) is the chemical bonding with dental mineralization and the release of fluoride. Many reports suggest that dental pulp response to GIC is lighter than zinc phosphate cement and heavier than zinc oxide paste. Deep Cavity Application GIC Still others claim pad calcium hydroxide. The purpose of this study was to compare the biocompatibility of glass ionomer cement type I (adhesive) and glass ionomer cement type II (filler).
