以青岛市城际R3线嘉年华至灵山卫区间1号斜井富水软弱地层暗挖段为工程背景,采用FLAC2D软件模拟了袖阀管注浆预加固地层斜井暗挖施工力学响应,论证了地层预加固范围及施工参数合理性。研究表明:该工程袖阀管注浆地层水平加固宽度取22.5倍的洞径,竖向加固范围从拱顶上方34m向下深入底板下方22.5 m,能有效地控制斜井通道开挖引起的地层变形,并改善支护结构的受力状态。斜井暗挖施工过程的实测数据也验证了预加固效果及注浆加固参数的合理性,研究结果可为类似工程施工提供参考。
Based on the engineering background of the undercut section of soft rich stratum in No. 1 incline well of Qingdao intercity R3 carnival to Lingshanwei section, the mechanical response of sleeve valve pipe grouting pre - consolidation stratum for underground excavation was simulated by FLAC2D software. The research shows that the horizontal width of grouting of the sleeve valve tube is 22.5 times of the hole width, and the vertical reinforcement range goes down from the top of the vault to the depth of 22.5 m below the bottom of the dome, which can effectively control the formation caused by the excavation of the inclined shaft channel Deformation, and to improve the supporting structure of the state of stress. The measured data of incline excavation process verified the rationality of pre-reinforcement effect and grouting reinforcement parameters, and the research results can provide reference for similar project construction.
