目的 观察通补延衰方对衰老小鼠模型肝和胸腺两组织延缓衰老的作用。方法 用 D 半乳糖小鼠颈部皮下注射复制衰老小鼠模型 ,同时灌肠通补延衰方 ,1个月后取部分肝、胸腺组织用 HE染色光镜和透射电镜进行观察。结果 通补延衰方能预防和治疗衰老模型小鼠肝、胸腺两组织的老化。结论 通补延衰方具有延缓衰老小鼠的作用。
Objective To observe the effects of Tongbuyinfailing on aging anti-aging in the liver and thymus of aged mouse model. Methods D-galactose mice were subcutaneously injected with subcutaneously injected mouse models of aging mice. Simultaneously enema and enema were given. The hepatic and thymus tissues were harvested at 1 month and then examined by HE staining and transmission electron microscopy. Results Tungbu delay decline in the prevention and treatment of aging model mice liver and thymus aging of two organizations. Conclusions Tongbuyinfantang has anti-aging effect on mice.
