汽车工业是各国民国经济的支柱产业,也是技术密集型产业。每一次工业革命对汽车产业都是一次质的飞跃。随着汽车产业升级,汽车后市场的技能型人才需求面临转型,这对于服务于汽车后市场的高等职业教育汽车专业集群来说既是机遇又是挑战。本文对“工业4.0”的含义和工业4.0对汽车后市场的影响以及为高职汽车教育做带来的机遇和挑战做了详细的分析。
The automobile industry is the pillar industry of the economy of all countries and also a technology-intensive industry. Every industrial revolution is a qualitative leap in the automobile industry. With the upgrading of the automobile industry, the demand for skilled personnel in the aftermarket is facing a transformation, which is both an opportunity and a challenge for the higher vocational education automotive specialized cluster serving the automotive aftermarket. This article gives a detailed analysis of the implications of “Industry 4.0” and the impact of Industry 4.0 on the automotive aftermarket as well as the opportunities and challenges brought by higher education automotive education.
