弓形体病是一种人畜共患的原虫病,临床表现复杂多样,是人类先天性畸形和缺陷的重要原因之一。国外对本病的研究甚多,国内自1956年以来也有少数病例报告和调查,但尚未见到新疆地区有关本病的研究报告。为了探索本地区是否存在弓形体感染及其对胎儿的威胁,我们自1986年2月至6月对518例孕妇、产妇及3例儿科病人进行了弓形体感染的初步血清检查,现报告如下。
Toxoplasmosis is a zoonosis of zoonosis, clinical manifestations of complex and diverse, is one of the important causes of human congenital malformations and defects. There are many foreign studies on this disease. There are a few cases reported and investigated in our country since 1956, but no research report about this disease in Xinjiang has been found yet. To explore the presence of Toxoplasmosis and its threat to the fetus in the region, we conducted a preliminary serological examination of Toxoplasmosis in 518 pregnant women, 3 mothers and 3 pediatric patients from February to June 1986 and are reported below.
