为了选择最佳的治疗方案,可通过测定肿瘤细胞的潜在倍增时间、内在放射敏感性及肿瘤细胞DNA的含量等来预测肿瘤细胞的放射敏感性。一般认为,当肿瘤细胞的潜在倍增时间<5天时,选用加速分割的放疗效果较好,加速分割的放疗将在肿瘤细胞增长最快的病人中取得最好的疗效。内在放射敏感性可用肿瘤细胞照射2Gy时的存活(S_2)来表示,一般S_2越小越敏感,越易为放疗控制。肿瘤细胞DNA为非倍体者对放疗亦较敏感,且因其增殖能力强,加速分割的放疗效果会更好。
In order to select the best treatment, the radiosensitivity of tumor cells can be predicted by measuring the potential doubling time of tumor cells, intrinsic radiosensitivity, and DNA content of tumor cells. It is generally believed that when the potential doubling time of tumor cells is less than 5 days, radiotherapy with accelerated segmentation is better, and radiotherapy with accelerated segmentation will achieve the best effect in patients with the fastest growth of tumor cells. The intrinsic radiosensitivity can be expressed by the survival (S 2 ) when the tumor cells are irradiated with 2 Gy. Generally, the smaller the S 2 is, the more sensitive it is and the easier it is to control the radiotherapy. The non-ploidy tumor cell DNA is also sensitive to radiotherapy, and because of its strong proliferative ability, the effect of accelerated segmentation is better.
