随着社会主义建设事业的发展,各行各业对档案信息的需求日益增加,为适应这种情况,应改进档案的利用方式,以便有效地发挥档案在社会主义建设中的作用。 一、改进现行的档案利用方式是社会发展的需要 目前,我国的档案利用方式是:设立阅览室、档案外借;档案证明;档案复制本;档案展览。这几种方式除“档案展览”带有局部性的主动服务性外(因为“档案展览”的范围很小),其余方式均属于“等客上门”“你来我调”的被动性服务方式。
