多层现浇砼框架结构中,采用多孔砖、空心砖、加气砼砌块做内外填充墙比较普遍。由于有些施工人员认为填充墙是非承重墙,施工程序上存在一些问题,留下质量隐患。框架结构施工,一般是先浇捣框架柱混凝土,然后再砌筑填充墙。为保证框架柱与砖墙壁间的有效连接,提高抗震的整体性,必须在柱与砖墙之间设置拉结钢筋。而拉结钢筋的过程是需要有一个严格的控制标准,否则将直接影响到建筑的安全性。在此根据多年的施工经验对框架墙体拉结钢筋的设置及其拉结方法进行了简要的探讨。
