通过对抽油机井的参数调整与静压、泵况的关系进行分析,给出了量化调参的依据、影响及效果。分析了流压与泵效、流压与系统效率的关系,得出结论:泵况正常时合理流压范围为3-6MPa。应用表明,高含水(>85%)井调小参数的效果优于低含水井。
By analyzing the parameters of pumping well and the relationship between static pressure and pump condition, the basis, influence and effect of quantitative adjustment are given. The relationship between flow pressure and pump efficiency, flow pressure and system efficiency was analyzed. The conclusion was reached that the reasonable flow pressure range was 3-6 MPa when pump condition was normal. Application shows that the effect of tuning small parameters in wells with high water content (> 85%) is better than that of wells with low water content.
