1病例简介患者,47岁,G_2P_2,因“不规则阴道流血1月”于2015年4月20日收入院。患者近2~3年月经不规律,周期90~120d,经期10~12d。2015年2月28日开始出现阴道流血,月经量为平时的2倍,暗红色,有血块,伴下腹痛。2015年3月20日就诊于外院,中药治疗1周后,月经量减少1/2,未予其它特殊治疗。2015年4月16日外院B超示:宫颈、子宫呈不规则状增大,内见结节样不规则团块样较强回声,约93mm
