目前我国在获取海外战略经济资源过程中仍存在着政治风险较大、投资决策盲目、对东道国相关法律认识不足,以及缺乏国际经济政治专业人才等问题。对此,应大力提升我国获取海外战略经济资源的战略管理能力、组织整合能力、风险管理能力和资本运作能力;全面统筹,消除国际政治阻力;积极执行有效的多元化投资策略;健全相关法律,加强法治化监督;大力培养国际政治经济专业人才。
At present, China still has some problems such as large political risk, blind investment decision-making, lack of understanding of relevant laws in the host country, and lack of international economic and political professionals in obtaining overseas strategic economic resources. In this regard, we should make great efforts to enhance our strategic management capabilities for acquiring overseas strategic economic resources, and organize our capabilities for integration, risk management and capital operation. We must comprehensively co-ordinate efforts to eliminate international political resistance, actively implement effective diversified investment strategies, improve relevant laws, Strengthen the supervision of the rule of law; vigorously train international political and economic professionals.
