用中国林科院ABT研究开发中心提供的5种新型绿色植物生长调节剂(ABT-11~15号)检验了对龙柏、雪松、金叶千头柏、小叶罗汉松、南方红豆杉、十大功劳、红花木、栀子花、黄杨、杭紫薇、含笑和木犀计12个树种扦插成活的促进效果,并以ABT-1号(CK1)和清水(CK2)作对照。结果表明:新剂型的效果对全部12个树种优于CK2,对10个树种超过CK1。生长调节剂处理促使8个树种的扦插成活率达70%以上。选定了这些树种生根粉的剂型、浓度、浸沾时间的最佳组合,多数为ABT-11号,50mg·kg-1或100mg·kg-1,浸沾时间为1.0h。
Five new green plant growth regulators (ABT-11 ~ 15) provided by the ABT Research and Development Center of Chinese Academy of Forestry were used to test the effects of Cypress, Cedrus delavayi, The results showed that cuttage propagation of twelve tree species with high yield, high yield, safflower alder, gardenia, boxwood, crape myrtle, rhizome and rhizome of rhizome were controlled by ABT-1 (CK1) and CK2.
