用中国林科院ＡＢＴ研究开发中心提供的５种新型绿色植物生长调节剂（ＡＢＴ－１１～１５号）检验了对龙柏、雪松、金叶千头柏、小叶罗汉松、南方红豆杉、十大功劳、红花木、栀子花、黄杨、杭紫薇、含笑和木犀计１２个树种扦插成活的促进效果，并以ＡＢＴ－１号（ＣＫ１）和清水（ＣＫ２）作对照。结果表明：新剂型的效果对全部１２个树种优于ＣＫ２，对１０个树种超过ＣＫ１。生长调节剂处理促使８个树种的扦插成活率达７０％以上。选定了这些树种生根粉的剂型、浓度、浸沾时间的最佳组合，多数为ＡＢＴ－１１号，５０ｍｇ·ｋｇ－１或１００ｍｇ·ｋｇ－１，浸沾时间为１．０ｈ。
