为提升地下储气库往复式压缩机的预防性维修和本质安全管理水平,用有限元分析方法分析压缩机。选取储气库压缩机关键部件——连杆、十字头和气阀为研究对象,以静力学分析和瞬态动力学分析的方法对其进行动态故障模拟。结果表明:随着储气库注气的不断进行,压缩机的负载逐渐增大,压缩机容易出现故障。压缩机中发生的单点故障,若未被及时发现和主动维修,其引起的振动将传递到其他零部件,加速其他零部件的退化,增加机组故障发生频率,并使压缩机整体性能下降,影响注采气效率。
In order to improve preventive maintenance and intrinsically safe management of reciprocating compressors in underground gas storage tanks, the compressor is analyzed by finite element analysis.
