利用大型有限元软件ANSYS/LS-DYNA对奥氏体高氮钢与铝板的爆炸焊接过程进行数值模拟,通过模拟端点线起爆和中间线起爆方式,观察其覆板速度及碰撞点压力变化及焊接效果,并设置了端点线起爆焊接实验进行验证。模拟结果表明:中间线起爆效果优于端点线起爆。试验结果表现出与模拟效果良好的一致性,分析认为奥氏体高氮钢具备爆炸焊接所需性能。
The large-scale finite element software ANSYS / LS-DYNA was used to simulate the explosive welding process of high nitrogen steel and aluminum plate. By simulating the initiation of end-line and middle-line initiation mode, the change of speed and collision pressure and welding Effect, and set the endpoint line initiation welding experiment to verify. The simulation results show that the detonating effect of the middle line is better than that of the endpoint line. The test results show good agreement with the simulation results. The analysis shows that the high-nitrogen austenitic steel possesses the properties required for explosive welding.
