黄芪注射液是从黄芪中提取的有效成份精制而成,该药具有明显的免疫调节,改善循环、强心等作用。近年来广泛用于临床治疗多种疾病,已取得显著疗效。原发性肾病综合征(NS)是一种自身免疫反应性疾病,同时常有的凝血障碍是病变发展和肾功能减退的重要原因。本院自1995年开始在肾病综合征的治疗中应用黄芪注射液配合治疗,不仅疗效满意,且复发率明显降低,现报道如下。 1 临床资料 1.1 病例选择:本文病例均符合第二届全国肾脏病学术会议有关NS的诊断标准和分型,全部病
