从1株吸水链霉菌StreptomyceshygroscopicusLP-93的培养物中,经溶媒萃取、正相及反相硅胶柱层析、凝胶过滤、制备TLC等方法分离到2个新多羟基大环内配类抗生素.即被拉霉素A和B。波拉霉素具有较强的抗真菌活性,对许多引起植物病害的真菌有较好的抑制活性。波拉霉素A、B均属于多羟基大环内酯类抗生素,但理化性质及结构不同于已知结构的多羟基大林内酯类抗生素。
Two new polyhydroxy macrocyclic antibiotics were isolated from a Streptomyces hygroscopicusLP-93 culture by solvent extraction, normal phase and reverse phase silica gel column chromatography, gel filtration and preparative TLC. Namely Streptomycin A and B. Boramycin has a strong antifungal activity, and has a good inhibitory activity against many plant diseases causing fungi. Both of them are polyhydroxy macrolide antibiotics, but their physical and chemical properties and structure are different from the polyhydroxy colliners antibiotics of known structure.
