以HY360J型铰接式自卸车为研究对象,首先采用均匀化方法理论对多载荷工况下的铰接体进行三维拓扑优化研究,结合盲数理论得出各工况下的权重,进而对铰接体进行拓扑优化,为铰接体拓扑形式的确定提供了理论依据。随后建立铰接车整车装配体有限元模型,并对模型的5种典型工况进行有限元分析。结果表明,在各工况下车架的应力分布均匀,车架结构比较合理。
