以意大利全年耐抽薹生菜为试材,研究了营养液中EDTA-Fe、柠檬酸铁、硫酸亚铁3种不同形态铁肥对生菜生长和品质的影响。结果表明:生菜施用铁肥能明显提高其产量和品质。其中EDTA-Fe和柠檬酸铁2种形态的铁肥较易被生菜吸收利用,可促进生菜的生长和品质的提高,其株高、叶面积、叶色、含水量均优于不处理植株(CK),且维生素C含量、蛋白质含量、可溶性糖含量、脯氨酸含量均较高。3种不同形态铁肥相比,EDTA-Fe效果最好,柠檬酸铁次之,硫酸亚铁不利于生菜吸收利用,有效性较差。
In order to study the effects of EDTA-Fe, ferric citrate and ferrous sulphate on the growth and quality of lettuce in the whole year of the experiment of bolting lettuce in Italy. The results showed that applying iron fertilizer to lettuce could obviously improve its yield and quality. Among them, EDTA-Fe and FeCl3 were more easily absorbed and used by lettuce, which could promote the growth and quality of lettuce. The plant height, leaf area, leaf color and water content were superior to those of untreated plants CK), and vitamin C content, protein content, soluble sugar content, proline content were higher. EDTA-Fe was the best, followed by ferric citrate, ferrous sulfate is not conducive to the absorption and utilization of lettuce, the effectiveness is poor.
