江汉油田潜43油组属于低渗透储层,生产中注水压力高,严重影响了油水井的正常生产。通过研究潜43油组地质特征,分析储层伤害的各种因素,结合储层敏感性评价,认为油层在注水过程中发生伤害的主要原因为:注入水与地层水不配伍,产生沉淀和结垢;水质不合格,所含机械杂质堵塞地层。针对存在的问题,通过室内试验优选组合酸,运用降压增注工艺技术,较好地解决了注水压力高的难题,收到良好的效果,建议在相似油层上推广使用。
The submarine 43 oilfield of Jianghan Oilfield is a low permeability reservoir with high water injection pressure, seriously affecting the normal production of oil and water wells. By studying the geological characteristics of the submarine 43 oil group and analyzing various factors of reservoir damage and combining with the evaluation of reservoir sensitivity, it is considered that the main reason for the oil layer injury during water flooding is that the injected water is not compatible with the formation water, resulting in precipitation and knot Scale; unqualified water quality, mechanical impurities contained in the formation blockage. In view of the existing problems, through the combination of acids in indoor experiments, the technology of depressurization and replenishment is adopted to solve the problem of high water injection pressure. Good results have been obtained and it is suggested to use it on similar oil layers.
