第一章总则第一条本章程根据中央人民政府政务院公布的「工商业联合会组织通则」制定之。第二条本会定名为中华全国工商业联合会(以下简称本会)。第三条本会的基本任务:(一)领导全团工商业者遵守共同纲领及人员政府的政策法令;(二)指导全国私营工商业者在国家总的经济计划下,发展生产,改善经营;(三)代表全国私营工商业者的合法利益,向人民政府
Chapter I General Provisions Article 1 These Articles of Association are formulated in accordance with the “General Rules of the Federation of Trade Unions” promulgated by the Central People’s Government, the State Council. Article second this will be named All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce (hereinafter referred to as the Council).
