The current enterprise organization system in China is a single organization system for all-people-owned enterprises. The modern enterprise organization system is mostly based on the company system. Corporate system is the main form of modern enterprise organization and management system created under the conditions of modern market economy. The “company” under the modern enterprise system is different from the “company” and the administrative “flop companies” that are actually many traditional ownership enterprises of the whole people, but it is set up and operates in accordance with the principles of the “Company Law.”
