[目的]总结心尖部室壁瘤病人经皮心室重建术的术中护理经验。[方法]实施完善预见性的术前准备、密切有效的病情观察、各司其职的团队协作、主动娴熟的技术操作、周到人性化的细节管理等护理措施。[结果]25例病人中成功实施经皮心室重建术24例,1例因装置无法到达最佳位置而终止手术。[结论]经皮左心室重建术可积极有效改善病人心功能,高效规范实施术中的护理措施是手术成功的重要保障。
[Objective] To summarize the experience of percutaneous ventricular reconstructive surgery in patients with apical aneurysm. [Methods] To implement the nursing measures such as perfect and predictive preoperative preparation, close and effective observation of the disease, teamwork in each division, skillful technical operation and considerate and humanized details management. [Results] Percutaneous ventricular remodeling was successfully performed in 25 patients. Twenty-four patients were successfully terminated because one device failed to reach the optimal position. [Conclusion] Percutaneous left ventricular remodeling can positively and effectively improve the cardiac function of patients, and effectively implementing the intraoperative nursing measures is an important guarantee for successful operation.
