基于缺陷微带结构(DMS)提出了一种新颖的低通滤波器.首先利用三维电磁场仿真软件分析了DMS微带线的S参数频响特性,用微波电路分析软件讨论了DMS微带线的等效电路及其参数提取.然后利用该DMS结构,设计、制作了一个低通滤波器,测得该低通滤波器的3 dB截止频率fc为3.4 GHz,通带内最大波纹为0.3 dB,插入损耗大于15 dB的阻带宽度为13 GHz.仿真结果和实验测试结果非常吻合,验证了等效电路的有效性和DMS低通滤波器的可实现性.
A novel low-pass filter based on defect microstrip structure (DMS) is proposed.First, the S-parameter frequency response characteristics of DMS microstrip line are analyzed by using three-dimensional electromagnetic field simulation software, and the microwave circuit analysis software is used to discuss the DMS microstrip line Equivalent circuit and its parameter extraction.Through this DMS structure, a low-pass filter is designed and fabricated. The 3-dB cutoff frequency fc of the low-pass filter is 3.4 GHz and the maximum ripple in the passband is 0.3 dB. The stop-band width of more than 15 dB insertion loss is 13 GHz. The simulation results are in good agreement with the experimental test results, verifying the effectiveness of the equivalent circuit and the achievability of the DMS low-pass filter.
