用Luminol-K_2S_2O_8-Ag(Ⅰ)化学发光体系测定银,被认为是测定银的最灵敏的方法之一,检测限为1×10~(-9)g/ml。 我们曾研究过Cu(CN)_4~(2-)氧化Luminol的化学发光反应,并将其成功地用于Cu~(2+)或CN~-的测定,灵敏度和准确度都很好。 T.J.Rohm等人在研究Hg(Ⅱ)催化亚铁氰化钾同邻菲啰啉的配位取代反应时发现,Ag(Ⅰ)对该反应也有催化作用。利用这一反应,光度法测定Ag(Ⅰ),检测限亦接近10~(-9)g/ml。
The determination of silver with Luminol-K 2 S 2 O 8 -Ag (Ⅰ) chemiluminescence system is considered as one of the most sensitive methods for the determination of silver with the detection limit of 1 × 10 -9 g / ml. We have studied the chemiluminescence reaction of Cu (CN) _4 ~ (2-) oxidized Luminol and successfully applied it to the determination of Cu 2+ or CN ~ - with good sensitivity and accuracy. T.J.Rohm et al in the study of Hg (Ⅱ) catalytic potassium ferrocyanide and phenanthroline coordination reaction, found that Ag (Ⅰ) also has a catalytic effect on the reaction. Using this reaction, the photometric determination of Ag (Ⅰ), the detection limit is also close to 10 -9 (g) / ml.
