随着国家“二孩”政策的落实,农村二孩的增速比城里快,接受幼儿教育的孩子将急速增加。但农村幼儿园基础薄弱,办园条件差,办园水平低,要使农村儿童和城里孩子同样接受良好的基础教育,上级主管部门必须高度重视农村幼教事业,加大对幼教事业的投入;城市、农村幼儿园对口帮扶,强化培训,用先进的教育理念指导和实践示范;建立有效的、正确的考评激励机制,才能促进农村幼儿园上等升级。
With the implementation of the state policy of “two children”, the growth rate of the number of children in rural areas is faster than that of the city and the number of children receiving early childhood education will increase rapidly. However, due to the weak foundation of rural kindergartens, the poor condition of running parks and the low level of running parks, rural children and urban children should also receive good basic education. Higher-level authorities must attach great importance to the cause of rural preschool education and increase their investment in early childhood education.
