对我厂270锭轧断、穿孔坯取样进行高低倍检验表明,钢锭冷却快或开坯时钢锭加热不均匀、温低、温高热脆都将引起钢锭轧断或穿孔。
On our plant 270 rolling broken, perforated billet samples for high and low times the test showed that ingot cooling fast or open ingot uneven heating, low temperature, hot and brittle high temperature will cause the ingot rolling or perforation.
