目的研究黄芩甙可否用于白内障的治疗。方法采用硒性白内障及体外晶状体氧化损伤模型研究黄芩甙对这两类晶状体的抗氧化体系的影响。结果发现黄芩甙可提高它们的抗氧化能力。结论亚硒酸钠诱导的白内障晶状体MDA水平上升,抗氧化酶水平显著下降,水溶性蛋白急剧减少,黄芩甙具有抑制MDA形成,提高SOD、GSH-Px活性,提高水溶性蛋白的含量,提示黄芩甙可能具有治疗白内障的作用
Objective To study whether baicalin can be used in the treatment of cataract. Methods Selenium cataract and in vitro lens oxidative damage model were used to study the effects of baicalin on the antioxidant system in these two types of lens. The results showed that baicalin can increase their antioxidant capacity. Conclusion Sodium selenite induced the increase of cataract lens MDA level, the level of antioxidant enzyme decreased significantly and the content of water soluble protein decreased sharply. Baicalin inhibited the formation of MDA, increased the activity of SOD and GSH-Px and increased the content of water-soluble protein, Glycosides may have the effect of treating cataracts
