阶级是在生产资料私有制基础上的一定生产关系中处于不同地位的社会集团。阶级的划分主要是生产资料占有关系和社会财富分配的不同。在同一阶级中,又因经济地位不同而分成若干阶层。阶级地位决定着人们的政治立场和精神面貌,阶级的对立必然引起阶级斗争。阶级分析就是用阶级和阶级斗争的观点,观察和研究阶级社会和社会现象
