电子辐照加速器具有成本低、无污染的特点,是辐照加工领域的基础设备之一。脊型电极加速器的束流功率可达50 kW,甚至更高,是一种能满足未来大批量辐照加工需求的高功率辐照装置。其输入耦合环需将高达近100 kW的微波功率馈入加速腔中,是射频系统中的关键部件。本文通过模拟优化完成了耦合环的物理设计,为进一步研制提供参考。脊型电极加速器及其耦合环结构模型如图1所
Electron irradiation accelerator with low cost, pollution-free features, is one of the basic equipment in the field of irradiation processing. The ridge electrode accelerators deliver up to 50 kW of beam power or even higher and are high-power irradiators that meet the demands of future high-volume irradiation. Its input coupling loop feeds microwave power up to nearly 100 kW into the accelerometer cavity and is a key component in RF systems. In this paper, the physical design of the coupling ring is completed through simulation and optimization, which provides a reference for further research.
