2004年,著名艺术家和艺术教育家程丛林先生发起的“成都春季艺术沙龙”(简称“成都春沙”),为青年艺术家搭建了从校园和工作室走向社会的通道。十年间,中国当代艺术的整体格局发生了跌宕起伏的变化,教育、学术和市场等环节都在不断地演进、分化与重组。成都春沙,置于这一整体格局之中,从无到有,经历了从“生存”到“存在”的两大阶段,其间所呈现的问题和蕴含的丰富意味,足以成为解读十年来中国当代艺术生态的一个重要标
In 2004, “Chengdu Spring Art Salon” (“Chengdu Chunsha”) was launched by famous artist and art educator Cheng Conglin, which set the stage for young artists to move from campus and studio to society. Ten years have witnessed ups and downs in the overall pattern of Chinese contemporary art. Education, academic and market sectors are constantly evolving, differentiating and reorganizing.
