本文叙述了使用X射线衍射仪法测量宏观应力的原理。以奥氏体钢和铁素体钢为例,采用平行光束法,聚焦光束法及侧倾法测量了应力。比较了它们的测量结果,并给出了三种测量方法的标准误差小于5千克/毫米~2,最大平均误差小于7千克/毫米~2。为使用不同方法测量应力提供了互相比较的实验依据。
This article describes the principle of using X-ray diffractometry to measure macro-stress. Taking austenitic and ferritic steels as an example, the stress was measured by parallel beam method, focused beam method and roll method. The results of these measurements are compared and the standard errors for the three methods are less than 5 kg / mm2 and the maximum average error is less than 7 kg / mm2. Provide experimental basis for measuring stress using different methods compared with each other.
