克山病病因迄今未明,生物因素仍不能排除,低硒因素在克山病的发病中起着一定的作用。硒对人体免疫功能的影响虽有一些研究,但对白细胞吞噬氧化活性的影响,国内尚未见报道。为此,我们曾观察了硒在体外对人白细胞吞噬氧化活性的直接影响。在此基础上又采用克山病病区粮饲养大鼠,以全血化学发光法测定硒在体内对大鼠白细胞吞噬氧化活性的影响,为阐明其抗病机理及有效防治提供依据。
Keshan disease etiology has not yet been identified, biological factors still can not be ruled out, low selenium factor plays a certain role in the pathogenesis of Keshan disease. Although some researches have been done on the effect of selenium on human immune function, the effect on the phagocytic oxidation activity of leucocytes has not been reported yet in China. To this end, we have observed the direct effect of selenium on human leukocyte phagocytic oxidative activity in vitro. On the basis of this, the rats fed on Keshan disease were used to determine the effect of selenium on the phagocytic activity of leucocytes in rats by the chemiluminescence method of whole blood, so as to provide evidences for elucidating its disease-resistant mechanism and effective prevention and treatment.
