Some people are often easily trapped in psychological confinement and have various psychological problems. In the last three or four decades, with the internationalization of Japanese enterprises, the number of staff members sent abroad has been on an increasing scale. By 1994, there have been a total of 260,000 people who work normally for three to five Years, then return. We studied the relationship between the social support of Japanese corporate employees who were dispatched to Europe and the degree of job satisfaction, and compared them with the domestic staff.
