本法基于经碱比后的血浆用正戊烷-异丙醇(50:1)提取三氟丙拉嗪(Trifluoperazine)和甲哌氯丙嗪内标,然后将提取物中的有机溶剂蒸发至干。残留物用少量甲醇溶解供注射进样。用NPD可检出血浆中0.5ng/ml的三氟丙拉嗪。血浆中三氟丙拉嗪浓度在0.5~1.5ng/ml范围内呈线性关系。平均斜率值为0.1003×+0.0035(r~2=0.9996)。样品测定的变异系数为5.3%。测得结果与GLC-MS法接近一致。每样品色谱分析时间仅需2分钟。
This method is based on the extraction of trifluoro-Trifluoperazine and prochlorperazine promethazine internal standard with n-pentane-isopropanol (50: 1) from an alkali-stained plasma and then evaporation of the organic solvent in the extract to dry.
