Explores the social and historical reasons why the Forces of the Armed Forces started their own career and made a comprehensive analysis of the military influence of the New Deal in the late Qing Dynasty. The crux of the argument that led to the break-up of the New Army from the Qing government was the cultural fall-off between the modernized army and the traditional society. The formation of a modernized New Army has brought about a qualitative leap in China’s military reform. It is especially important that modern military civilization and its political, legal and ethic teachings have had a remarkable impact on the movement of the politicized New Army. The revolutionaries, Infiltration and institutional changes in the “domino effect” made the Qing army painstakingly trained as the new army to become their gravedigger.
