枣庄市庐山水泥厂1994年3月竣工投产,设计年生产能力40万吨,厂区占地总面积180090平方米。其中,矿山占地面积80040平方米,生产区和办公生活区占地面积46000平方米。职工总数1300人,其中工程技术人员60人,高、中级专业人员32人,管理干部14人,中层管理干部64人。全厂共有6个主要生产车间、3个辅助生产车间和12个生产管理科室。企业现有主机设备41台(套),辅助设备360台(套),35KV供电线路一条,机械动力总量4200KW,固定资产达7400万元。生产区域由4条10万吨生产线并列组成。产品主要有普通硅酸盐和矿渣硅酸盐两大系列5个品种,即普通硅酸盐系列425~#、425~# R和525~# 3个品种,矿渣硅酸盐系列有425~#和525~#两个品种。产品主要销往江苏、上海、安徽、浙江、广东等省市,年创利税近千万元,是地方经济的一大支柱企业。
Zaozhuang City Laoshan Cement Plant was completed and put into production in March 1994, with a designed annual production capacity of 400,000 tons. The total area of the plant covers an area of 18,090 square meters. The production area consists of four parallel production lines of 100,000 tons. The main products are two series of common silicate and slag silicate five varieties, namely ordinary silicate series 425 ~ #, 425 ~ # R and 525 ~ # 3 varieties, slag silicate series 425 ~ # And 525~# two varieties. Products are mainly sold to Jiangsu, Shanghai, Anhui, Zhejiang, Guangdong and other provinces and cities, annual profits and taxes nearly 10 million yuan, is a major pillar of the local economy.
