圈子文化的主要特点之一就是特殊主义,不可能具有大多数员工所认可的公正性,因而圈子文化可能会给企业公正带来负面影响,进而对信任、企业公民行为产生负面影响。
One of the main characteristics of the circle culture is specialism. It cannot have the fairness recognized by most employees. Therefore, the circle culture may have a negative impact on the enterprise’s impartiality, and thus have a negative impact on trust and corporate citizenship.
