我国许多单位过去研究过这个问题,曾获得各种条件下的研究资料,并进行过理论分析、探讨,给出了设计建议公式[1~9],但没有得到统一。国内外在这方面的表达式也各式各样,其结果相差较大。本文在以往研究的基础上,进一步作了试验研究分析。提出这种有焊缝锚固件在受力过程中的反应和破坏机理,按正确的力学模式,利用极限平衡、变形协调和物理方程,提出了拟合程度较好的新的强度计算公式。证明结构的破坏属于延性破坏。
Many units in China have studied this issue in the past and have obtained research data under various conditions, and conducted theoretical analysis and discussion. The formula proposed for design [1-9] has not been unified. Domestic and foreign expressions in this area are also varied, and the results are quite different. On the basis of past research, this article has further conducted experimental research and analysis. The reaction and failure mechanism of this kind of welded anchor in the course of stress is put forward. According to the correct mechanics model, using the limit equilibrium, deformation coordination and physical equations, a new strength calculation formula with good fitting degree is proposed. Demonstrate that the destruction of the structure is ductile damage.
