体育运动不但能提高学生身体素质,还能有效改善心理健康状态。但是,不同项目对学生不同的健心效果,目前还没有值得借鉴的相关成果。本文对浙江东方职业技术学院90名学生进行了三个项目的分项锻炼实验,结果表明:篮球项目在1、4、5、7、8维度变化明显;羽毛球项目在2、3、7、8、9维度变化明显;而武术项目1、2、5、7、9维度变化明显,可见,不同的运动项目对学生心理健康影响效果是不同的,学生应根据自身情况合理选课。
Not only can sports improve students’ physical fitness, but also improve their mental health. However, different projects have different health-care effects on students and there is no relevant result worth learning from. In this paper, 90 students of Zhejiang Dongfang Vocational and Technical College conducted three-item sub-exercise experiments. The results showed that basketball items changed significantly in 1,4,5,7,8 dimensions; badminton items were in 2,3,7,8 , But the changes of 9 dimensions are obvious. However, the dimensions of 1, 2, 5, 7, and 9 of martial arts change obviously. It can be seen that the effect of different sports on students’ mental health is different, and students should choose courses reasonably according to their own situations.
