目的 通过动物模型探讨经颅多普勒 (TCD)检测微栓子的敏感性及不同类型微栓子的信号特征。方法 制作全血微栓、血小板微栓、脂肪微栓、动脉粥样硬化微栓及空气微栓 ,并通过自制灌注装置注入兔腹主动脉 ,并同时用经颅多普勒在其远端检测微栓子经过探头时的信号特征。结果 5种微栓均可被TCD检出 ,空气微栓信号强度与其它固体微栓比较差异显著。结论 TCD可检测出各类注入兔腹主动脉的微栓子 ,在一定程度上可区分气体和固体微栓子 ,但尚难确定各类固体微栓子的类型。
Objective To investigate the sensitivity of transcranial Doppler (TCD) in detection of micro-emboli and the signal characteristics of different types of micro-emboli by animal models. Methods Whole blood microthrombosis, platelet microthrombus, fat microthrombus, atherosclerotic microthrombus and air microthrombus were made and infused into the abdominal aorta of rabbits through a self-made perfusion device. At the same time, transcranial Doppler Signal characteristics of micro-emboli passing through the probe. Results All five kinds of microthrombus were detected by TCD. The signal intensity of air microthrombus was significantly different from other solid microthrombus. Conclusion TCD can detect all kinds of micro-emboli injected into the abdominal aorta of rabbits, to a certain extent, can distinguish between gas and solid micro-emboli, but it is difficult to determine the type of solid micro-emboli.
