如今大多数高职院校就业率在稳步增长,但就业的质量并没有同步提升,原因之一就是高职毕业生的职业素养缺失。因此,高职院校在培养学生职业能力的同时,应该着重培养学生的职业素养,从而提升高职毕业生就业质量。
Today, the employment rate of most higher vocational colleges is steadily increasing, but the quality of employment has not been improved simultaneously. One of the reasons for this is that there is a lack of vocational accomplishments for higher vocational college graduates. Therefore, while cultivating students ’vocational ability, vocational colleges should focus on cultivating students’ vocational qualifications, so as to improve the employment quality of higher vocational graduates.
