臂丛撕脱伤因其损伤位置特殊,单纯的手术治疗无法完全恢复,致残率很高,肌功能恢复欠佳,无法达到患者预期要求。已有研究报道,神经干细胞( NSCs)在治疗神经系统疾病(如胶质瘤等)方面被广泛应用,相关的实验中已证实其对相应的疾病恢复有明显的促进作用,因此NSCs为臂丛神经损伤的治疗提供了新的方向。虽然NSCs移植有利于臂丛神经损伤的治疗,但这是一个复杂的修复过程,有十分广阔的研究空间。“,”Brachial plexus avulsion is a special injury for its location,surgical treatment alone will not be able to realize full recovery,since the injury results in high disability rate and poor muscle function recovery, failing to meet the postoperative expectations. As it is reported that neural stem cells(NSCs) have been widely used in the treatment of nervous system diseases(such as glioma),which is a significant promoting factor for recovery of threlated disease. NSCs provide a new direction for the treatment of brachial plexus injury. NSCs transplantation is beneficial to the treatment of brachial plexus injury,but it is a complex process which means a very broad space for the research.
