针对我国企业自主创新能力不强的现状,本文在分析企业技术创新制约因素的基础上,构建了企业人力资源支持系统,探讨了推动技术创新的人力资源互动协调机制。
Aiming at the current situation that the capability of independent innovation of enterprises in our country is not strong, this paper constructs the enterprise human resources support system based on the analysis of the restrictive factors of technological innovation in enterprises, and discusses the interaction and coordination mechanism of human resources to promote technological innovation.
