锌基合金模具是我国近几年中发展的一种低熔点合金模具。但是大部分锌基合金模具还是用于冲裁和拉深,在塑料成形模中应用还较少。这主要由于塑料成形模具的锌合金型腔和型芯大多采用石膏铸型制模工艺,它虽然有制作方法简单、不需要特殊设备等优点,但也有模具表面有气泡、光洁度低和强度低的缺陷。锌基合金热塑性塑料模具型腔加热挤压的成形工艺为:设计制造挤压凸模→浇铸锌合金毛坯→加热挤压→外形加工→装配→试模。挤压设备选用 Y61-630金属挤压液压机,JWK—702精密温度控制装置;挤压装置由挤压凸模、导向圈、模套、毛坯组成,挤压前
