白介素 12及其受体都是由两条不同的多肽链构成的异二聚体分子。它具有多功能。白介素 12在多个动物模型中均显示出抗系统性真菌感染的作用 ,其作用可能是通过诱生γ干扰素 ,调节Th1/Th2 平衡及诱导α肿瘤坏死因子、O2 -的产生而实现的。
Interleukin 12 and its receptors are heterodimeric molecules composed of two distinct polypeptide chains. It has versatility.
