《党政领导干部选拔任用工作条例》是干部人事制度改革的一个重大成果,同时又为进一步深化干部人事制度改革指明了方向。干部工作这个问题上,关键在于建立健全选拔任用干部科学机制,加快推进干部工作的科学化、民主化、制度化。本文就如何科学化民主化制度化地推进干部工作做了详细的阐述。
The “Regulations on the Selection and Appointment of Party and Government Leading Cadres” is a major achievement in the reform of the cadre and personnel system and at the same time indicates the direction for further deepening the reform of the cadre and personnel system. The key to resolving the issue of cadre work lies in establishing and perfecting the scientific mechanism for the selection and appointment of cadres and in accelerating the scientification, democratization and institutionalization of cadre work. This article elaborates on how to scientifically democratize and systematize the work of cadres.
