教育部近日出台了《高等学校辅导员职业能力标准(暂行)》。本文从职业能力标准的职业准入、职业履行、职内培训、分级考核、职业发展包括薪资设计等方面探讨实践操作层面上的现实与该标准的差距,初步提出职业能力标准下新、老辅导员工作和发展的可能途径,包括为了尽早落实该标准,缩短当前和《能力标准》差距所提出的一些建议。
The Ministry of Education recently promulgated the “Standard of Professional Ability of College Counselors (Interim)”. This article discusses the gap between the practical operation level and the standard from the aspects of occupation ability standard, occupation performance, in-service training, grading examination, career development including salary design, and initially puts forward the new and old counseling under the vocational ability standard Possible ways in which staff work and develop include some of the suggestions made to shorten the current gap between “standards of competency” and implement them as soon as possible.
