加快发展我省中医药健康服务,是实施“健康江苏”战略、推进全省健康服务业发展的重要内容,是改善民生、满足人民群众多层次多样化健康服务的内在需求,对“迈上新台阶、建设新江苏”具有重要意义。为此建议:一、着力提升中医药健康服务的战略地位。一是加强中医药健康服务工作顶层设计。制定我省中医药发展规划,修改完善《江苏省发展中医条例》,确保中西医在法律、政策上权益平等。建立由
